shower pressure worn sheets
The adult-only pool area looked quite nice. The loungers looked brand new and were very comfortable.
I noticed the apartments seemed rundown. The shower pressure was weak and there were no shelves for shampoo. The beds were hard, and the sheets looked old and worn.

high up charge poor gym
the breakfast had a vast choice. fresh towels were frequently replaced.
the price was poor considering what i got. i thought the hotel had a spa based on the name and photos. the spa was an up charge of £25 a day. the gym was also poor.

low water pressure unhelpful front desk
the apartment was spacious and clean, a good start to the stay.
However. The shower pressure was almost non-existent, and this was a problem we reported. shockingly. The water was completely gone for five consecutive days. no apology or follow-up was given. The front desk didn't seem to care much.

comfy loungers daily cleaning
the adult only pool area offered comfy loungers that looked brand new daily cleaning of the apartment was also included. the beds were very comfortable and i found the area quiet.
the limited time slot for families at the spa was a slight disappointment.

equipped kitchen washing machine suite layout weak shower missing shelf missing drain
I appreciated the well-equipped kitchen. It included a washing machine (very convenient for longer stays). The suite had a nice layout with doors separating rooms. This ensured undisturbed sleep for everyone.
The shower pressure was very weak. I reported it, but nothing changed . There was no shelf in the shower for shampoo. The shower drain cover was also missing.
